THE LOCATION

A ridgetop sanctuary only minutes from Bellevue

Harpeth Overlook is located on a ridge overlooking the Harpeth River, surrounded by a conservation buffer. The result is a private, secluded community with stunning views of the Harpeth River only minutes from downtown Bellevue and a short drive to Nashville.

THE COMMUNITY

Our community is designed to demonstrate how thoughtful design and development practices can create healthy human lifestyles and a healthy local ecosystem. The neighborhood is located on a bluff overlooking the Harpeth River. A conservation area surrounds the home sites, providing space for nature to thrive and walking paths for you to enjoy.
